Job summary

Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking Food Department Store Team Members to support in-store food offerings, retail, and events, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will prepare and serve food and beverages, handle transactions, replenish stock, maintain hygiene, and help with tastings and workshops, while building relationships with customers.

Applicants should be fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus; weekend and shift flexibility required.

The Role

Reporting to the Food Supervisors, the Food Department Store Team Members will support cross-functional operations of instore food offerings (retail, F&B concepts, events and activations) for delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving commercial targets

Duties include:

Preparing and serving food and beverages

Handling retail transactions and customer enquiries

Stock replenishment and store display

Store hygiene and presentation upkeep

Delivering worldclass customer experiences and build strong relationships with our customers

Support activations and events including tastings and workshops

Other ad hoc duties within the Food Department

Experience

Hospitality/food service experience preferred

Demonstrate high level of customer service and sales driving initiatives

Experience with POS systems is an advantage

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Commercially driven - able to apply product training and provide recommendations to capture upselling opportunities

An agile team player and fast learner - able to support rotating concepts/offerings

Competent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
