Kerry Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a Floor Supervisor in housekeeping to oversee the presentation of guestrooms and public areas, ensuring alignment with Shangri-La standards in a luxury urban hotel on Hung Hom Bay. You will lead the housekeeping team to maintain pristine spaces and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in large hotel housekeeping, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department in sizable Hotels.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Customer-oriented and team player.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness in guestrooms and surrounding areas according to Hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Room Butlers regarding guest requests and required items.
• Conduct service and chemical usage training for Room Butlers.
• Manage and control guest supply inventory.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About the Role
