Qualifications

• 7+ years of retail leadership experience in fashion, sportswear, premium lifestyle, or contemporary retail.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing store P&L, and leading sizable teams.
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset and solid data-analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Energetic, passionate about wellness/active lifestyle, and comfortable working on the retail sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability by monitoring KPIs and implementing proactive commercial action plans.
• Analyze local market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
• Foster a performance-driven culture by leveraging sales tools, incentive programs, and commercial reporting.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor the store team, creating an inclusive, positive, and accountable working environment.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline and minimize turnover.
• Ensure operational compliance across store processes, inventory management, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to ensure an elevated retail presentation.
• Manage workforce scheduling efficiently to optimize labor budget and store coverage during peak trading hours.
• Serve as the brand ambassador, inspiring authentic engagement with customers and local wellness communities.
