The role focuses on client development, CRM-driven retention, and overseeing daily operations while collaborating with landlords and internal stakeholders. Cantonese and English fluency are essential, Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in luxury or premium brands.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing retail teams.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and own business results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail systems.
• Native Cantonese with fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Experience with VIP/high-net-worth clienteling and events.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team.
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock takes.
