Job summary

Recruit is seeking an experienced fit-out project manager in Hong Kong to oversee project execution, budgeting, and coordination with consultants and vendors. You will provide supplementary drawings and specifications to facilitate construction, and develop new designs to improve user experience.

The role requires 5+ years in fit-out PM, strong technical fit-out skills, and the ability to read construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in interior design / building studies or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in fit-out project management of offices, retails or residential.
• Have good knowledge oftechnical skills in fitting-out.
• Haveability to understand construction drawing.
• Enable to solve on-site problems with strategy.
• Good communication and site management skills.
• GoodPC knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution and budget control.
• Coordinate consultants and vendors for timely and cost-effective execution.
• Provide supplementary drawings and specifications to facilitate construction.
• Develop new designs and sourcenew products to improve user experience.
• Develop company standards for design and construction.
• Coordinate facility/property upgrades and maintenance.
