Job summary

Recruit is seeking a hands-on project lead for renovation, fit-out and furniture production oversight in Hong Kong. You will manage design, guidelines, and drawings, while coordinating with contractors and internal teams to meet schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma and at least 2 years’ experience in design or renovation, with strong reading of drawings, attention to detail, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in architecture, construction, interior design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in design, interior, fit-out, renovation or furniture manufacturing.
• Ability to read drawings, guidelines, layouts and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication, negotiation skills and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise renovation, fit-out and furniture production projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to deliver on time.
• Responsible for design, guidelines, reviewing drawings, specifications, measurements and schedules.
• Monitor carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing and finishing works.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations and progress reports.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
