Wing Art Limited in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager - Workplace Fitting Out (Contractor) to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

This full-time role requires 8+ years in PM, strong knowledge of fitting out processes from design to handover, and excellent stakeholder communication. You will report to senior management and oversee budgets, timelines, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience in construction or interior design industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with project management software such as Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the fitting out process, from design and procurement to installation and handover.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks in a timely manner.
• Manage and supervise project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Ensure projects adhere to all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, budget updates, and other project documentation.
