Job summary

A reputable property development and management company in Hong Kong is seeking a capable project manager to lead fitting-out initiatives. This role focuses on delivering site activities smoothly, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring timely progress reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a Building Services-related degree with 3-4 years of fitting-out project management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin as an asset.

Qualifications

• Degree / Associate Degree in Building Services or related disciplines.
• 3-4 years relevant experience in fitting-out project management.
• Solid experience monitoring contract works and overall site activities.
• Residential projects experience is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Monitor fitting-out and revocation works schedules.
• Support on solving technical issues and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to track progress and schedules.
