Job summary

Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited invites a seasoned Partnerships Manager to lead platform campaigns and drive engagement with merchants and payment partners in Hong Kong. You will manage commercial discussions, secure attractive offers, and develop joint marketing plans to penetrate the market.

The role requires 3–6 years in partnerships or merchant management, strong analytics, and excellent English and Cantonese communication. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in partnerships or campaign/merchant management in payments/retail/loyalty.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Lead the platform campaign calendar and drive engagement with merchant and payment partners.
• Manage ongoing commercial, marketing and financial discussions with partners.
• Secure attractive customer offers to support programme launch and market penetration.
• Develop and execute joint marketing and engagement plans aligned with roadmap.
• Build a partner insights strategy with data-driven success metrics.
• Identify initiatives to deepen partner commitment and improve performance.
• Resolve issues promptly and minimize escalations.
