Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to onboard partners, track performance, and gather market feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Account Management.
• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, eCommerce, SaaS, or technology industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and deliver business growth.
• Experience working with banks and fintech companies and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
