Job summary

ION is a leading FinTech company offering software and consultancy services to financial institutions worldwide. The Leadership Development Program (LDP) develops talent for ION’s expanding operations across global offices, including Hong Kong.

As an Investigative Research Analyst in the LDP, you will rotate through roles across ION divisions, contribute to strategic projects, and gain exposure to data-driven decision making and industry insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, economics, or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Interest in finance/tech and leadership potential demonstrated.
