Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technology-related discipline with Second Class Honors Upper Division or above.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), and ideally in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to communicate effectively with local and regional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality presentation materials, dashboards, and reports for senior management and executive meetings.
• Perform data analysis and generate insights to address business questions and support strategic decision-making.
• Participate in executive management meetings and systematically track and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
• Identify operational opportunities to streamline workflows, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, organize workshops, and deliver operational solutions.
