Job summary

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) at ION Group is a global, entry-level program designed for outstanding graduates to join a fast-paced FinTech firm. Analysts spend 18 months in three rotations across product, account management, sales, and more, with opportunities to deep dive in a chosen area.

Analysts begin in their home office with potential transfers to other locations including Hong Kong, New York, London or Singapore as rotations evolve, building broad experience and leadership

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2026.
• 2:1 or above.
• STEM, Business, or Economics degrees preferred, and/or demonstrable interest in finance and technology.
• Demonstrated leadership potential both in and out of the classroom.
• Passion for learning, self-improvement, and a questioning mindset.
• Motivated self-starter who is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the desire to understand the “why” behind each problem.
