Job summary

IO Tech Solutions Limited is seeking a Technology Risk professional to join a global financial institution in Hong Kong. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and managing technology risks across a complex financial services environment.

You will work with Technology, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams to strengthen controls, manage risk issues and support regulatory requirements. HK-based role with exposure to HKMA and MAS frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in Technology Risk or related areas.
• Experience in financial services, ideally banking or investment.
• Understanding of risk frameworks and control environments.
• Experience with risk assessments, control reviews, remediation or governance.
• Exposure to audit, regulatory or compliance activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor technology risks and controls.
• Identify control gaps and support remediation.
• Support technology-related audit, regulatory and risk activities.
• Review changes from a risk and controls perspective.
• Monitor technology risk metrics and reporting for governance forums.
• Work with Technology, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams.
• Provide guidance on technology risk and control requirements.
• Support implementation of technology policies and regulatory requirements.
• Help improve technology risk governance, controls and processes.
