In this role, you will create and implement strategies to acquire new clients and enhance existing relationships across Greater China and Asia. Candidates should have at least one year in the finance sector, preferably within the CFD FX industry, with strong analytical and communication skills. This position offers flexible salary packages based on experience and performance incentives.

Hong Kong is the regional hub for its APAC business operations, with a high level of strategy of business and manpower planning to achieve the business goal.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop a business plan to achieve goals for both new and existing client bases of Institutional clients across Greater China and Asia via various Social Media Channels
• Provide exceptional marketing insight to increase and retain the customer relationship
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts of individual and institutional clients
• Conduct comprehensive market research about various factors related tothe economic, country policy, and competitors
• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing promotion campaigns
• Utilize the CRM system to evaluate customer data, and evaluate current and potential customers' activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 1 year of experience in the finance industry
• Experience gained from the CFD FX industry is a must
• A proven track record of successfully increasing sales revenue, leading and motivating diverse teams
• Strong analytical skills and detail-minded
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good in both Chinese and English

Salary & Benefit:

• Monthly Salary: Negotiable and subject to candidates' experience and track record.
• Monthly Commission
• Team Managercommission 20% of team member revenue
• Individual commission
• Sales Commission for USD 0.5 - USD1.25/ trading log
• Reference of income: Up to USD 5,000 USD 30,000 per month
• Medical Insurance: After 3 months of probation
