Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to support front-line and back-office staff in Hong Kong. About the Role:

• Report and work closely with the Group HR Manager & Business Head for the full spectrum of HR & Adminservice to front-line and back-office staff.
• Liaise closely with line manager on recruitment needs, advise manpower plans, and employee performance management.
• Managing the full recruitment process of hiring, from marketing mapping, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer.
• Assist with monthly payroll and commission calculation, MPF, Taxation, and insurance review.
• Maintain and manage HR records, and employee databases.
• Prepare HR data and monthly reports for management review.
• Provide full-scale Office Management & Administrative duties support for all staff.
• Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of generalist HR experience in the Fintech or Finacial industry.
• A proven track record in recruitment is required
• Details-minded and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
