Job summary

Goldhorse Capital in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to drive requirement gathering, project coordination, cross-team alignment, and data analysis for our financial platforms. You will work with product managers, business units, operations, and compliance to translate needs into clear user stories and documentation.

The role requires 1–5 years in related fields with strong communication and a structured approach.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in Product Management or related roles.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate UAT.
• Excellent documentation habits; fluent English and Chinese.
• Strong data analysis and backlog management.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and prototyping tools.
• Willing to travel short-term to Shenzhen.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with stakeholders and document action items.
• Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Track timelines, risks, and progress across teams.
• Maintain product backlogs and release checklists.
• Support UAT, bug triage, and post-release feedback.
• Extract and analyze data to inform decisions.
• Prepare PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, demos, and training docs.
• Identify process issues and propose improvements.
