  • Break down business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation for engineering and design teams.
  • Drive day-to-day project progress by tracking timelines, monitoring deliverable progress, surfacing risks early, and keeping stakeholders aligned on status and next steps.
  • Maintain product backlogs, release checklists, and working documents in a structured and up-to-date manner.
  • Assist with user research, UAT coordination, bug triage, and post-release feedback collection to improve product quality.
  • Perform data extraction, cleaning, and basic analysis to support product decisions, business reviews, and process improvements.
  • Help prepare product materials such as PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, demos, training docs, and internal communications.
  • Proactively identify issues in processes and collaboration, and propose practical, actionable improvements.
Job Requirements:
  • 1–5 years in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination. High-potential fresh graduates with solid internship experience are welcome.
  • Ability to lead projects, manage product backlogs, coordinate UAT, with a solid problem-solving mindset.
  • Clear documentation habits; fluent in English and spoken Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
  • Proficient with collaboration and prototyping tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Axure, Notion, Slack).
  • Solid experience in structuring, cleaning, and analyzing data (Excel/Sheets) to support business reviews and product decisions; SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Willing to travel short-term to Shenzhen for team collaboration.
