Job summary

Qualifications

1–5 years in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination.
English and Chinese fluency (Mandarin/Cantonese).
Experience with Jira/Confluence and prototyping tools.
Data extraction, cleaning, and basic analysis experience.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and translate into user stories, acceptance criteria, and docs.
Coordinate with PMs; track timelines, progress, risks, and next steps.
Maintain product backlogs, release checklists, and working documents.
Support UAT, bug triage, and post-release feedback collection.
Perform data extraction and basic analysis to inform decisions.
Prepare PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, demos, and training materials.
Identify issues in processes and propose practical improvements.
