In this role you will oversee banking and insurance engagements, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with Business Unit leads to craft compelling proposals, while cultivating relationships to position Sia Partners as a trusted strategic advisor.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of experience in a top consulting firm (e.g., Big 4 or equivalent).
• Proven track record delivering strategic projects in the financial services industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on leadership, growth, and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements for clients in banking and insurance, delivering high-quality solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Work with Business Unit leads on compelling proposals to win new business.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Sia Partners as a strategic partner.
