Job summary

Sia Partners seeks a seasoned Manager to lead transformation programs for the Financial Services industry from our Singapore hub. You will drive end-to-end delivery, shape client impact, and help fuel the ambition to pursue a partnership track.

In this role you will oversee banking and insurance engagements, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with Business Unit leads to craft compelling proposals, while cultivating relationships to position Sia Partners as a trusted strategic advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Big 4 Consulting Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in a top consulting firm (e.g., Big 4 or equivalent), with a proven track record in delivering strategic projects in the financial services industry.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong desire to build and grow a part of the business, with a focus on entrepreneurial leadership, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market share.

Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Singapore financial services market, including the regulatory landscape, industry trends, and key players in Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, and Corporate & Investment Banking.

Proven Track Record in Project Delivery: Demonstrated success in leading complex consulting projects from inception to delivery, with strong project management and client-facing skills.

Proven Track Record in Client Acquisition: Ability to prospect, acquire, and build relationships with key clients, driving business growth through effective networking, proposal writing, and relationship management.
