Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking fresh graduates to join its Challenge Family in wealth management and financial advisory, offering training, mentorship, and a clear career path. • Proactive, eager to learn, and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Track HK financial trends and policies; analyze data to support strategy and business development.
• Build long-term client relationships through professional communication; identify needs and offer tailored advice.
• Explore market opportunities; optimize communication and maintain client relations.
• Assist with proposals, case studies and marketing events; handle documentation and filing per regulatory requirements.
