Job summary

AIA International Limited in Hong Kong offers a structured Business Consultant Trainee/Internship to fresh graduates seeking a career in finance and consulting.

You will rotate through Marketing, Insurance & Financial Planning, Professional Consulting, Corporate Services and Customer Service, with coaching and 1-on-1 mentorship to build professional capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Admin, Economics or related field.
• Passion for finance and business consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Internship or project experience in business analysis or financial consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated online/offline marketing campaigns; create and manage social media content.
• Provide professional advisory on personal financial planning, retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, and premium financing.
• Advise clients on family trusts, Hong Kong talent admission schemes (TTPS, IANG, etc.), and overseas study applications.
• Deliver corporate financial solutions covering MPF, group life & health insurance, general insurance, and IPO support.
• Follow up client enquiries, serve orphaned clients, identify potential prospects, and support project implementation and progress management.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing & Public Relations
Plan and execute integrated online/offline marketing campaigns; create and manage social media content.

Insurance & Financial Planning
Provide professional advisory on personal financial planning, retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, and premium financing.

Professional Consulting Services
Advise clients on family trusts, Hong Kong talent admission schemes (TTPS, IANG, etc.), and overseas study applications.

Corporate Services
Deliver corporate financial solutions covering MPF, group life & health insurance, general insurance, and IPO support.

Customer Service & Operations
Follow up client enquiries, serve orphaned clients, identify potential prospects, and support project implementation and progress management.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines (preferred but not required)

Passion for finance and business consulting; basic understanding of Hong Kong's market; proactive in learning

Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, with solid logical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage professionally with clients and teammates

Self-driven, responsible, and committed to high work standards

Internship or project experience in business analysis, client relationship management, or financial consulting is a plus
