Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking graduates to join its wealth management team, focusing on Hong Kong and Mainland China markets. You will conduct comprehensive financial analyses and craft extensive wealth management and portfolio advice, retirement and risk planning solutions.

The role emphasizes communication of AIA offerings, high-quality after-sales service, and a proactive, target-driven approach to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

• Building connection and focus on Hong Kong/ Mainland China market,
• To achieve Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for clients and develop extensive financial solutions, including Wealth Management & Portfolio Advice, Investment Planning, Retirement Planning, and Risk Management Planning
• Provide AIA's offerings and communicate the benefits of Wealth and Risk Management Solutions, Investment, Insurance, Retirement, and Legacy Planning
• Use fintech to streamline business processes
• Provide exceptional customer care, personalized approach, high-quality after-sales services, and evangelize AIA to potential customers

We are looking for

• University Graduates with Bachelor’s or Master's Degrees in any discipline, less experienced candidates will be considered as Associate/ Trainee
• Hong Kong permanent residents or IANG/ TTPS/ QMAS visa owners or candidates who are eligible to apply for the visa
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent oral and written expression in both Chinese & English, Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, eager to learn, and responsible
