Job summary

YONYOU (HONGKONG) COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a Financial Implementation Consultant to manage ERP financial modules from requirements through go-live and post-support. You will coordinate demand research, blueprint design, testing, and deployment while ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing value realization.

The role requires strong finance knowledge, ERP experience, and excellent communication. Travel to overseas regions is possible; English/Cantonese language skills are valued to serve

Qualifications

• Majoring in enterprise management, economics, finance, computer or related majors; accountants/CPAs preferred.
• Proficient in ERP financial modules with implementation experience in financial accounting, consolidation, or fund management.
• Strong system thinking, business analysis and scheme design abilities.
• Good communication, responsibility and proactive work attitude.
• Willingness to travel overseas for business.
• English, Cantonese or other language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and delivery management of financial module in ERP projects from requirements to go-live and support.

• Maintain customer communication and reporting; understand needs and pursue new demands.
• Ensure project milestones align with go-live goals and perform system initialization and acceptance.

Job description

Financial Implementation Consultant - ERP

1. Responsible for the implementation and delivery management of the financial field in ERP projects, including the whole process of customer demand research, blueprint design, UAT testing, go-live switching, and continuous support.

2. Organize the project team to conduct demand research, scope definition, business process design and optimization, solution formulation, and business process testing in the financial field to ensure the realization of solutions.

3. Responsible for customer communication and scheme reporting, ensure customer satisfaction, insight into customer needs, participate in new demand planning, and create conditions for further cooperation.

4. Promote the smooth progress of project work in accordance with the demand scheme and go-live goals, and complete the project system initialization configuration, go-live switching and acceptance.

5. Responsible for training key users of the customer, and guiding customer business personnel to skillfully operate the system during the go-live process.

6. Participate in and guide the construction of model users, and refine and promote cases and industry scheme values.

Job Qualifications:

1. Majoring in enterprise management, economics, finance, computer or other related majors, those with accountant/CPA certificates are preferred, and those with financial practical work experience are preferred.

2. Proficient in ERP financial module products, with implementation experience in at least one financial field such as financial accounting, consolidated statements, and fund management.

3. Possess strong system logical thinking, business analysis ability and scheme ability.

4. Have good communication and expression skills, dedication, strong sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude.

5. Can accept business trips to overseas regions.

6. Those with English, Cantonese and other language skills are preferred.
