Job summary

Venturenix Limited seeks a Manager – Enterprise Application Consulting (Oracle Cloud) to lead large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud transformation programs regionally, with responsibility for governance, design standards and delivery quality.

You will engage CFOs, CPOs, and senior executives, guiding solution architecture and driving modern capabilities in finance and supply chain. Strong English communication and willingness to travel regionally are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8+ years of enterprise IT consulting experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle Cloud Procurement & Supply Chain.
• Exceptional C-suite engagement and advisory skills.
• Excellent command of English; Cantonese/ Mandarin preferred for GBA engagements.

Responsibilities

Manager – Enterprise Application Consulting (Oracle Cloud)

Company Background: Our client is a top-tier global consulting firm hiring a Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Leadership: Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud transformation programs for enterprise clients, overseeing functional design, delivery quality, and risk management across Finance (Record-to-Report) and Procurement (Source-to-Pay) tracks.

Strategic Advisory & Business Development: Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CPOs, and senior executives to drive process optimization; partner with practice leaders on pre-sales activities, solution design, client pitches, and RFP proposal generation.

Solution Architecture & Innovation: Guide high-level functional architecture, establish design standards, and drive the adoption of modern capabilities including AI, automation, and advanced analytics into financial and supply chain workflows.

Team & Capability Management: Mentor and lead distributed functional delivery teams, manage resource allocation, and actively contribute to internal talent development and practice growth.

Requirements

Consulting Experience: Minimum 6–8+ years of enterprise IT consulting experience with a proven track record of managing full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud (or Oracle Fusion / NetSuite) implementations.

Functional Expertise: Deep functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) or Oracle Cloud Procurement / Supply Chain (Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, Supplier Portal).

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional C-suite engagement and advisory skills, with a track record of building long-term executive relationships.

Communication & Mobility: Excellent command of English (written and spoken); professional proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is preferred for Greater Bay Area (GBA) engagements. Flexibility for regional travel as project requirements dictate.
