Job summary

YONYOU (HONGKONG) COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a role to support ERP information project implementations, including requirements research, blueprint design, configuration, testing, and go-live guidance. You will prepare training materials and user manuals, and train users on system operations.

The candidate should have a relevant degree, at least 1 year of experience, and strong Cantonese and English communication. Familiarity with ERP systems like Yonyou, Kingdee, SAP or Oracle is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline; major in financial accounting, supply chain, logistics, transportation, management, economics, computer, big data, etc. is highly recommended.
• 1 year of working experience.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager to complete the implementation and delivery of ERP information projects, including requirements research, blueprint design, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Prepare training materials and user manuals, and provide training to users on product functions and operations.
