JLOGO HOLDINGS LIMITED in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned finance professional to oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and regulatory compliance for a HKEX-listed group.

You will lead external audit liaison, manage month-end close, and drive fundraising and M&A support, ensuring timely disclosures under HKFRS/IFRS and Companies Ordinance. Strong English and Chinese communication and 5+ years at reputable firms or listed companies are required.

Formación

• Qualified HKICPA member or equivalent
• 5+ years accounting/finance experience from a reputable CPA firm or listed company
• Proven hands-on consolidation experience under HKFRS/IFRS

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quarterly results and annual consolidated financial statements under HKFRS/IFRS
• Oversee consolidation of subsidiaries including intercompany eliminations, minority interests and FX translation
• Draft financial statements, results announcements and HKEX disclosures
• Manage month-end/year-end close and improve reporting timelines
• Liaise with external auditors; plan and lead annual audit and interim reviews
• Resolve technical accounting/audit issues and manage audit adjustments
• Maintain robust internal controls and follow up on recommendations
• Support fund-raising activities including placing and rights issues
• Ensure compliance with Companies Ordinance and HKEX Listing Rules
• Support ad-hoc projects, due diligence and M&A activities

This role encompasses financial reporting and consolidation, external audit liaison, corporate finance and fund raising, and compliance and internal controls for a Hong Kong listed company.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and review quarterly results and annual consolidated financial statements in full compliance with HKFRS / IFRS

Oversee consolidation of multiple subsidiaries, including intercompany eliminations, minority interests and FX translation

Draft financial statements, results announcements and the financial sections of annual reports for HKEX publication, ensuring timely and accurate disclosure

Manage month-end / year-end close and drive continuous improvement in reporting timelines and quality

Act as primary contact with external auditors; plan and lead annual audit and interim review exercises

Resolve complex technical accounting and audit issues; manage audit adjustments and close out management letter points

Maintain a robust internal control environment and follow up on control recommendations

Provide hands‑on support for fund‑raising exercises, including placing and rights issue

Ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), HKEX Listing Rules and other regulatory requirements

Support ad‑hoc projects, financial due diligence and M&A activities

About you

Full member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) or an equivalent professional body

Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines

At least 5 years of solid accounting and finance experience gained from a reputable CPA firm and/or a Hong Kong listed company, including 3+ years at manager level or above

Proven hands‑on experience in group consolidation and consolidated financial statements under HKFRS / IFRS

Solid experience dealing with external auditors and leading audit / review exercises

Hands‑on experience in placing, rights issue or other corporate fund‑raising exercises of listed companies

Good knowledge of the HKEX Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622)

Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Detail‑oriented, able to work independently under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
