Job summary

Lane Crawford, a renowned luxury department store, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the finance team with budget, FP&A, and reporting.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, prepare budgets and forecasts, analyze performance, and deliver dashboards for management review, while leveraging ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A or similar roles.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with basic understanding of financial modelling and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

The Role

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A or similar roles.

• Welcome candidates from audit background; Retail industry experience is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of financial modelling and forecasting.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
