Job summary

Asia Progress Executive Limited's client, a PRC Investment Bank/Securities Brokerage, in Hong Kong invites high-caliber candidates for a senior financial reporting role. Lead FRR management, organize SFC reporting for licenses 1, 4, 6 and 9, and enhance reporting workflows to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.

The role also covers Kingdee accounting system development and data integration from trading systems to the head office, building an automated FRR information framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields (full-time).
• ACCA, CICPA, HKICPA licenses required (if applicable).
• Over 8 years of experience in financial statement management at a Hong Kong investment bank / FRR reporting experience for securities brokerage.
• Strong accounting skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Team player, hardworking, principled, confidential and law-abiding.

Our client is PRC Investment Bank /Securities Brokerage . To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now inviting high caliber candidates to join the team.

Responsibilities:

FRR Management

Organize research on the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission's (SFC) financial resource requirements for licenses 1, 4, 6, and 9; determine reporting and early warning methods; organize, manage, and conduct annual SFC work; implement work responsibilities; and assign statistical indicators for SFC reports. In accordance with company regulations, assist in and support work including stress testing.

Kingdee Accounting System Development

Based on the group's and company's development needs, be responsible for the project development of the Kingdee system; collect accounting information from licensed companies to improve the automation of FRR reporting; collect accounting-related business information from various product trading systems and connect it to the Kingdee system; build a big data-based accounting information system directly connected to the head office's core system.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields (full-time).

2. Professional Qualifications (Licenses required - if applicable): ACCA, CICPA, HKICPA

3. Working Experience: Over 8 years of experience in financial statement management at a Hong Kong investment bank./ Accounting exp in FRR reporting for Securities brokerage

4. Skills/Ability/Knowledge Requirement: Strong accounting skills and excellent communication abilities.

5. Other Requirements: Team player, hardworking, principled, confidential, and law-abiding.
