Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Qualified or pursuing professional accounting qualifications, including HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent.
• Over 3 years of experience in financial reporting, data analytics, system implementation, UAT testing, and project support, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with hands-on experience in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Python, and automation tools.
• Knowledge of SAP, finance transformation projects, reporting automation, and system enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support finance system enhancement and transformation initiatives including UAT prep, testing, issue tracking, and SAP upgrade projects.
• Assist month-end closing activities and finance control processes with journal posting support.
• Prepare management reports and conduct financial data analysis for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to support system testing, reconciliations, and management reviews.
• Utilize Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and data analytics tools for financial and operational analysis.
• Contribute to reporting automation, process improvements, and ad hoc finance transformation projects.
