Job summary
Alexis Services Limited seeks a Manager, Finance Transformation & Analytics in Hong Kong to lead a multi-year transformation on insurance finance processes. You will oversee closing, reporting and forecasting, driving efficiency, governance and risk controls across finance and actuarial systems.
You will deploy Alteryx, Power Platform and SAP, shaping data quality and lineage while guiding AI adoption compliant with HK privacy rules.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in finance transformation within insurance or regulated financial services.
- Strong grasp of HKFRS 17 and Risk-based Capital framework.
- Hands-on familiarity with SAP, Alteryx, Power BI/Power Platform, SQL, and cloud data platforms.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional change.

- Lead end-to-end reviews of financial closing, reporting, and forecasting to simplify workflows.
- Deploy automation tools and elevate data quality, lineage, and governance across finance systems.
- Sponsor predictive dashboards and govern AI adoption in line with HK privacy and regulatory rules.
- Advise the CFO and build cross-functional stakeholder commitment while managing project economics.

Shape and maintain the multi-year Finance transformation journey, assessing regulatory opportunities (HKFRS 17, Risk-based Capital, ORSA) to prioritize investments
Lead end-to-end reviews of financial closing, reporting, and forecasting to simplify workflows, eliminate manual tasks, and strengthen internal controls
Deploy automation tools (Alteryx, Power Platform) and elevate data quality, lineage, and governance across all finance and actuarial systems
Sponsor predictive data dashboards and govern generative/agentic AI adoption in compliance with Hong Kong privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements
Advise the CFO, build cross-functional stakeholder commitment, manage project economics, and lead a high-performing transformation team
Your Responsibility
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or Business
8+ years in finance transformation, consulting, or program delivery - specifically within the insurance or regulated financial services sector
Strong grasp of insurance processes, financial controls, HKFRS 17, and the Hong Kong Insurance Authority's Risk-based Capital framework
Hands-on familiarity with SAP, Alteryx, Power BI/Power Platform, SQL, cloud data platforms, and generative/agentic AI tools
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, build business cases, handle vendor relationships, and lead cross-functional change
