Job summary

Synpulse Group in Hong Kong invites undergraduates to join a co-op program, gaining exposure to strategy, operations, and change management while supporting real client work in a leading global financial services consultancy.

Collaborate with seasoned consultants to develop change-management decks and marketing materials, present findings to senior leadership, and assist with business development tasks. Start February 2027 with flexible, hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in a Hong Kong university, ideally in business, management, or finance-related field.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
• Interest in management consulting; banking/financial services knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other intern and Synpulse consultants to create a change management deck and marketing material to serve as talking points for potential clients.
• Present key findings and recommendations to senior management and partners.
• Support management or colleagues on ad-hoc business development tasks.
• Perform ad hoc projects as required.
