Job summary

Synpulse, a global management and technology consultancy with Swiss roots, invites undergraduates for a growth-focused internship in Hong Kong. You will collaborate across teams to prepare change management decks and marketing materials for potential clients, and present key findings to senior leaders.

The role emphasizes learning across banking and consulting, strong analytics, and problem-solving with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills in a collaborative, international setting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student (3rd/final year) in Banking/Consulting preferred.
• Internship experience is a plus but not required.
• Eager to learn across Synpulse lines of business.
• Able to understand complex situations and lead analysis processes.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interns and Synpulse consultants to create a change management deck and marketing material to present to potential clients.
• Present key findings and recommendations to senior management and partners.
• Support management on ad-hoc business development tasks.
• Perform ad hoc projects as required.
