Job Requirements

• Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, or technology‑related roles
• Good understanding of core business processes and products in private banking and/or insurance
• Experience in business analysis, system implementation, or transformation projects is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills, with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset, team spirit, and willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis, including research, data collection, and client interviews/workshops to identify needs and translate them into well‑structured solutions
• Drive the preparation and delivery of high‑quality client presentations, including business proposals and recommendation decks
• Support and execute system implementation activities, including solution design and parameterization where required
• Ensure project documentation is comprehensive and aligned with processes for management review
• Maintain close interaction with clients through regular updates, stakeholder management, and relationship building
• Collaborate effectively within project teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of outcomes
