Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Keen learner with demonstrated interest in financial services, insurance, strategy, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, with focuses on Brokerage strategies and AI‑enabled data analytics.
• Assist in business performance analysis and prepare management reports, insights, and presentation materials for senior leadership.
• Support project governance activities, including project tracking, stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Distribution, Technology, Operations, Product, Compliance, and Marketing functions.
• Contribute to business case development, process improvement initiatives, and strategic recommendations.
