Job summary

Synpulse, a global management and technology consultancy with Swiss roots, invites undergraduates for a growth-focused internship in Hong Kong. You will collaborate across teams to prepare change management decks and marketing materials for potential clients, and present key findings to senior leaders.

The role emphasizes learning across banking and consulting, strong analytics, and problem-solving with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills in a collaborative, international setting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student (3rd/final year) in Banking/Consulting preferred.
• Internship experience is a plus but not required.
• Eager to learn across Synpulse lines of business.
• Able to understand complex situations and lead analysis processes.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

About The Job

• Collaborate with other intern and Synpulse consultants to create a change management deck and marketing material which will be serve as a talking point to our potential clients.
• Present key findings and recommendation to senior management and partner.
• Support management team or colleagues on ad-hoc business development tasks.
• Perform ad hoc project as required.

Job Requirements

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (ideally 3rd/final year students).
• Prior internship experience is a plus, although not a must have, within Banking or Consulting.
• Eager to learn and work with various line of business within Synpulse.
• Ability to quickly understand complex situations, to lead and direct the analysis processes.
• Highly analytical and structured in problem solving.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
