Job summary

Shanxi Securities International Financial Holdings is seeking a capable professional to oversee financial statements, consolidation and regulatory reporting to the SFC in Hong Kong. The role covers budgeting, treasury oversight, and liaison with headquarter offices to ensure accurate reporting.

Strong English/Chinese communication and knowledge of FRR are essential. Qualifications include a degree in accounting or finance and professional certification (HKICPA/ACCA).

Qualifications

• Degree holder in accountancy, finance or related disciplines with qualified accountant, HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience gained from securities industry or listed financial institution.
• Proven track record in performing a broad range of financial functions and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, financial consolidation and regulatory reporting to SFC
• Handle financial planning and annual budgeting
• Manage liquid capital and cash flow; prepare financial analysis report to Management
• Monitor all treasury, banking and fund raising exercises
• Handle external audit and tax issues and liaise with external professionals
• As the main contact point with Headquarter in handling various reporting
