Job summary

Osmium Consulting Group in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Financial Regulatory Reporting lead to own end-to-end SFC FRR submissions and liaise with regulators and auditors to ensure timely, compliant reporting.

Responsibilities include implementing robust controls, coordinating data from multiple departments, and monitoring regulatory changes to keep the team updated on HKFRS/IFRS standards. A securities or financial services background is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in financial regulatory reporting
• In-depth knowledge of SFC regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards (HKFRS, IFRS).
• Previous experience in a securities or financial services environment is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
