Qualifications

• Demonstrated commercial acumen linking performance, priorities and actions.
• Excellent communication to distill complex topics for senior audiences.
• Proficiency in Python and analytics/automation/visualization tools.
• Familiarity with AI/LLMs and applying them to governance and decision support.
• Adaptive, curious, and capable of leading across strategy, analytics, governance, finance, execution, and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior APAC business managers to execute strategic initiatives, projects, and priorities.
• Coordinate with segment, country, product, Finance, Strategy, and central teams to support objectives.
• Contribute to regional and global initiatives, promoting alignment and cross-regional connectivity.
• Deliver actionable insights to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities and drivers.
• Analyze performance and summarize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Support business reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning with analysis.
• Drive process improvements and challenge existing ways of working.
• Support governance routines and the business risk/control agenda.
• Design automated MI solutions and interactive dashboards for insight and transparency.
• Leverage AI/LLMs and automation to enhance forecasting and decision support.
