Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Group in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to oversee the consolidation of Manning Cost, including labor, salaries and benefits, within the annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts. You will lead variance analysis of headquarter expenses, prepare budgets and forecasts, and drive projects aimed at reducing selling, general and administrative costs to boost productivity.

Strong Mandarin, Cantonese and English communication skills are essential, with 10+ years

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A experience in retail or FMCG.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
• Strong financial modelling, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in budgeting and rolling forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate Manning Cost budgeting and rolling forecasts (labor, salaries & benefits).
• Review headquarter expenses budget and variance analysis.
• Lead cost-saving projects to improve productivity.
• Develop capital expenditure business cases for headquarter.
• Maintain cost centres and manage budget reallocations.

Job description

Responsibilities include:

• Manage overall consolidation of Group’s Manning Cost (Labor / Salary & Benefits) during budget and monthly rolling forecast submissions, including analytics on existing and open headcount.
• Support the review and variance analysis of all headquarter expenses (excluding A&P), including the preparation of the budget and rolling forecast.
• Lead projects that drive selling and general admin expense savings, analyze spend for opportunities to drive productivity.
• Support the development of capital expenditure business case for headquarter.
• Support the maintenance of cost centres and be responsible for budget shifts between expense lines or across functions as needed.

Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
• Proficient in financial modelling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, a team player.
• At least 10 years of working experience in FP&A capacity and in retail or FMCG.
