Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in asset management, audit, fund administration or financial institution.
• Basic understanding of investment funds or asset management.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Dynamic, diligent, flexible, detail‑oriented, proactive.
• Ability to work independently and be a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the group’s system of accounts and keep records for all transactions and assets.
• Manage the preparation of management reports and month‑end closing.
• Prepare monthly budget and monitor liquid capital; coordinate with compliance for regulatory filings.
• Perform financial and regulatory reporting, e.g., Financial Resources Return, PQR filing.
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls for the organization.
• Support day‑to‑day operations including payments and bank accounts.
• Liaise with external fund administrator and external auditors for annual audit procedures.
• Monitor and calculate incentive fees for portfolio managers.
• Assist in business projects and group requests (e.g., entity setup).
• Liaise with external tax representatives for tax returns.
• Handle other issues related to financial arrangements.
• Take up ad hoc projects as assigned.
