Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience in Trading, Commodities, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Experience managing external auditors through a full statutory audit cycle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with balance sheet integrity (AR/AP, inventory valuation, accruals, provisions, intercompany reconciliations).
• Take day‑to‑day ownership of the end‑to‑end cash collections cycle with international buyers.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors through the full statutory audit cycle and ensure timely completion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team and act as a governance bridge across traders, operations, and senior leadership.
