Job summary

SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a qualified finance professional to lead the DRP rollout and ongoing optimization. You will collate financial requirements and support system commissioning and process improvements.

You will oversee cost-control initiatives, monitor budgets, analyse indicators and prepare performance reports with improvement recommendations. The role covers daily expense reviews, tax filing for the Shenzhen subsidiary, and ad-hoc projects assigned by

Qualifications

• Degree holder in accounting, finance or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in financial informatization and finance-business integration projects.
• Familiar with mainland China tax laws, systems and procedures.
• Able to adapt to Chinese SOE working culture.
• Strong analytical ability, positive attitude, independence and prudent personality.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of and participate in the development, rollout and continuous optimization of the DRP; collate financial business requirements and support system commissioning and process optimization.
• Oversee corporate cost control initiatives; monitor budget execution, analyse cost indicators, and prepare budget performance and cost analysis reports with improvement recommendations.
• Conduct daily expense reimbursement reviews; ensure compliance with policies and standardise workflows.
• Manage accounting, tax filing and tax compliance for the Shenzhen subsidiary; stay updated on fiscal policies and mitigate tax risks.
• Support ad-hoc projects assigned by department leadership and the Group.

Job description

Take charge of and participate in the development, rollout and continuous optimization of the Digitalized Resource-management Platform (DRP); collate financial business requirements and support system commissioning and process optimization

Oversee corporate cost control initiatives; regularly monitor departmental budget execution, analyse cost indicators, prepare periodic budget performance and cost analysis reports, and propose improvement recommendations

Conduct daily expense reimbursement reviews; ensure compliance with financial policies and budget thresholds, standardise reimbursement workflows, and respond to reimbursement enquiries from various departments

Manage accounting, tax filing and tax compliance for the Shenzhen subsidiary; keep abreast of the latest fiscal and tax policies and mitigate tax risks

Support ad-hoc projects assigned by department leadership and the Group

REQUIREMENTS

Degree holder major in accounting, finance, or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience

Qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
