Job summary

Man Hing Hong Properties Company Limited in Central, Hong Kong, seeks a senior financial executive to oversee group financial operations, including HKFRS/IFRS reporting, budgeting, treasury and tax compliance. You will lead consolidation for the group and subsidiaries and coordinate audits.

The role requires 10+ years of financial management experience, with 5+ years at group level, and fluency in English and Mandarin. CPA/ACCA/HKICPA is advantageous.

Qualifications

Job description

• Oversee the full scope of group financial operations, including daily accounting, financial reporting under HKFRS/IFRS and PRC GAAP, annual budgeting, forecasting, treasury management and tax compliance.


• Lead group and subsidiary financial consolidation, coordinate internal and external audit procedures, and ensure timely, accurate and fully compliant financial disclosure.


• Establish and maintain group financial internal control, risk management and compliance frameworks to standardize financial operations and mitigate operational and financial risks.


• Provide regular financial analysis, performance review and budget monitoring to support senior management and board’s business planning and operational decision-making.


• Continuously optimize group financial workflows and management systems, enhance overall financial efficiency and support steady group business development.


• Lead, manage and develop the finance team, implement effective performance management, and build a stable and professional finance workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.


• Minimum 10 years of comprehensive financial management experience, including at least 5 years of senior financial management experience at group level.


• Solid knowledge of HKFRS/IFRS and PRC GAAP, with mature practical experience in consolidated reporting, budgeting, treasury and tax management.


• Experienced in multi-subsidiary group financial management, familiar with standard group financial operation and reporting mechanisms.


• Possess sound strategic thinking, risk awareness, analytical capability and cross-departmental communication skills; fluent in English and Mandarin.


• Possession of professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or HKICPA is considered a strong advantage; listed company finance experience is preferred.
