Job summary

HR Plus represents a client, a property and leasing firm with operations in Hong Kong and Australia, seeking an experienced accounting and finance professional.

Candidate will manage the full set of accounts, prepare month-end reports, analyze financial data, and ensure regulatory compliance while strengthening internal controls. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in accounting or finance.
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work well in a team.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.

Responsibilities

Our Client: Our client isa property and leasing firm in Hong Kong and Australia, is seeking a self-motivated and independent accounting and finance professional to manage the full set of accounts and prepare month-end reports, analyze financial reports, and ensure compliance with government regulations while enhancing internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts and prepare month-end reports
• Analyze financial reports and ensure compliance with government regulations while enhancing internal controls
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or finance and a minimum of six years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA) with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work well with others as a team player
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office software
