Job summary

KODO Mobility Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and organizedindividual to support accounting, payroll, HR administration, and overall operations. You will handle invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, and assist with monthly accounts and cash flow.

The role requires knowledge of Singapore payroll and CPF, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. Experience with SME automotive/technical service is a plus, and you will coordinate installations and staff schedules.

Qualifications

• Relevant Accounting / Finance / Business qualification.
• Accounting and admin experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore payroll and CPF.
• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• SME / automotive/technical service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation.
• Assist with monthly accounts and cash flow.
• Handle payroll, CPF, leave and staff records.
• Assist with recruitment and HR administration.
• Arrange customer installation and technical appointments.
• Coordinate technicians and staff schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding jobs and appointments.
• Support daily office and administrative matters.
