Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics and supply chain group in Hong Kong for a seasoned finance leader. The role centres on driving transformation, governance, and strategic financial planning across cross-functional teams.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, oversee strategic projects, strengthen internal controls, and provide insights to senior leadership to improve capital efficiency in a global operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16+ years of finance leadership experience in large organisations or multinationals.
• Experience in supply chain/logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required; ability to work in a matrix organisation.

Job Description

• Drive finance transformation, standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Analyse financial performance and lead budgeting, forecasting, and reviews to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.

Job Requirement

• Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting / other related discipline from credible university
• Prior 16+ years of relevant experiences as a Finance leader gained from sizable organisation or multinationals
• Supply chain/ logistics or freight forwarding industry and Greater China exposure are definite advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in matrix organization structure
• Self starter with the ability to work independently
• Complete fluency in English and Chinese is a must
