Job summary

Johnson Electric is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to join our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will analyze large datasets, prepare concise schedules and reports, and partner with experts across functions to drive financial insights.

You will support Group Budget, Forecast and Monthly Review processes, deliver management reports and board materials, and lead ad hoc analyses with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• 5+ years (SFA) / 7+ years (AM) relevant experience in auditing, FP&A, reporting or business analysis.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Big 4 and commercial experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
• Experience in Power BI, FCCS, TM1, Cognos Controller or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
