Job summary

Links International seeks an Assistant/Accountant for a 6-month contract in Hong Kong. The role covers AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets with responsibilities across processing invoices, reconciliations, month-end close, and audit support.

You will work with a finance team to ensure compliance with HK accounting standards and internal controls. Immediate availability and a degree in accounting are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred (for Officer role).
• Proficiency in Excel and general ledger functions.
• Familiarity with AP/AR processes and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and employee expenses accurately and timely.
• Prepare customer invoices and monitor outstanding balances; follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations; assist in month-end closing.
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation calculations; assist in audits and reporting.
